This simple green curry with vegetables is the perfect balance of spicy and comforting. It is served with either chicken, tofu or garbanzos.

Ingredients: Fresh coriander, ginger, lemongrass, lime flavoured coconut sauce with red peppers, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli served with white rice.
Cooking Instructions: Reheat in sauce pan. Reheat food to around 82 degrees (small bubbles) and stir to keep the temperature even. Stir in rice.
