Ingredients: Angus ground beef, fresh basil, diced shallots, cajun seasoning, salt/pepper, egg and panko.
Grilling: Grill on medium-low heat for 5 or 6 minutes per side. Grill until juice is clear or when burgers are cooked to your liking.
Baking: Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put thawed burgers on an un-greased baking sheet or oven rack. Set the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Flip each burger and cook for additional 6-7 minutes.
