Ingredients: Rice noodles (gf), carrots, peppers, onions, cabbage, protein (chicken, pork, tofu, garbanzo), Tamarindo, fish sauce, peanuts, spring onions and egg. Note: The garbanzo and tofu options are vegan (no egg). Serves 1 person.
Cooking Instructions: Heat pan to high with tablespoon of olive oil. Add bag of ingredients and heat for 3-5 minutes to soften the vegetables and noodles. Add bag of sauce to cook for 8 - 10 minutes stirring periodically (to prevent sticking) until at desired consistency.
